There are countless sites preparing you for birth but what about after the baby arrives?  Sure you can scour thousands of forum posts or blogs to try to find an answer to your question, but what if you had one place to go?  nappies + milk is here as your postpartum team for everyday support in parenthood.  Our team ranges from new moms to a mother of five.

We have a licensed postpartum doula on the team who has a range of services to choose from for a small fee.   What is a postpartum doula?  DONA International has a great amount of information on postpartum doulas but the key roles are in education and support for the parents.

Working moms are often left out of the equation when it comes to public events and mommy & me groups.  Tilly writes about navigating this new “world” as a first time mom.

For some families, continuing to build your family after you’ve entered parenthood isn’t always as easy as hopping in the sack after a drunken date night without the kids. Sandra discusses her experiences with recurrent pregnancy loss and what it’s like to deal with the physical and emotional challenges recurrent miscarriage brings, while trying to keep up with the taxing, yet rewarding life of a stay-at-home mother.
